Hinds CC Physical Therapist Assistant students volunteer at Special Education Field Day

The first-year Physical Therapist Assistant students from Hinds Community College assisted with the Hinds County Public School District Special Education Field Day held on the Hinds football field in Raymond on May 4.

The students assisted approximately 80 students from across the school district in a variety of games and activities under the direction of Hinds alumnae Larina Mason, physical therapist for the school district.

The students are, front, Emily McDaniel of Ridgeland, Chelsey Howington of Franklin Parish, La., Kara Patterson of Richland, Stephanie Ricks of Winona, Brittany Brozovich of Leland, Courtney Vosika of Byram, Kelsi Vandevender of Madison, Britnee Kovacevich of D’Iberville, Katie McCain of Madison; back, Alex Hayden of Pearl, Chase Haynie of Grenada, Becca Shields of Kosciusko, Hailey Stacy of Brandon, Allie Wall of Madison, Dontavious Toles of Water Valley, Ridge Rochelle of Greenville, Dylan Hodges of Byram, Dakota Medina of Brandon, Sam Peacock of Jackson and BJ Bryant of Jackson.
