Hinds Community College’s Utica Campus will host Senior Day for high school students from Hinds, Claiborne, Copiah, Warren and Rankin counties on Friday, Feb. 28.  The events will be held in the J.D. Boyd Gymnasium from 8:30 a.m. until 1 p.m.

The various programs and departments will have displays set up for viewing and students may tour the campus and the department of their choice. Activities planned for the day will include a fashion and talent show, an art and essay contest, and a speaking contest. Several of the programs will have live demonstrations, such as, barbering, cosmetology, clothing textile and music.

Personnel will be available to assist students in completing applications of admission, financial aid, scholarships and housing.

Lunch will be provided.
